Automation Project Engineer
As a ZenRobotics Support Engineer your main responsibility is to provide exceptional technical support to our customers and take ownership of reported customer issues. You support customers mostly over the phone while you diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues and assign unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
We’re looking for a driven individual who takes ownership of customers’ issues and possesses a customer-oriented attitude. We value a hands-on approach and readiness to drive tasks to completion. Support Engineers are expected to be able to travel as ZenRobotics Recyclers are sold around the world.

As a Project Engineer you coordinate product deliveries as a part of ZenRobotics delivery team. Your tasks include product automation, product support end engineering. You will coordinate projects closely together with suppliers and subcontractors. During installation and assembly you supervise commissioning work remotely or on site.
We’re looking for a person who is a self-starter but can also drive tasks to completion. We appreciate a hands-on attitude and readiness to take responsibility. Project Engineers are expected to be able to travel as ZenRobotics Recyclers are sold around the world.
