ZenRobotics Ltd Launches the ZRR Semi-mobile, Supported by Finland’s Prime Minister and the Minister of the Environment
The ZRR Semi-mobile launch event was held at the Slush 2013 startup conference in Helsinki. ZenRobotics’s launch was one of the highlights of the event’s opening ceremonies.

The Prime Minister of Finland Mr Jyrki Katainen opened the ZenRobotics Recycler Semi-mobile product launch: “In order to make innovations we need entrepreneurship. It’s actually a quite nice job to be the Prime Minister of Finland when I know there are these kind of people living in this country who can create something totally new!” said PM Katainen, obviously referring to the ZenRobotics team.

The ZenRobotics Recycler is the first robotic waste sorting system in the world. Thanks to the new ZenRobotics Recycler Semi-mobile product version, the system can now be transported in a standard shipping container, to be installed easily anywhere on Earth for sorting construction and demolition waste. The ZRR Semi-mobile has 2 robotic arms and weighs 20 tons, and is 12 meters long.
